Why does my organization need interpretation services?

Grow your business

From working with patients to training employees, interpretation services will provide access to a larger market. Additionally, under Section 44 of the Internal Revenue Service Code, many businesses are able to receive federal tax credits for expenses related to using a sign language interpreter.

Social awareness

Communication equality is a basic human right. Whether your audience is deaf or speaks another language, they deserve access to the same information as everyone else. Providing a qualified interpreter means anyone can fully participate in their lives and community.

Legal requirements

At least in the case of sign language interpretation, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires businesses to provide qualified ASL interpreters for most situations. In places with more diversity, it’s also common for local governments to require interpretation services to be available.
